How to Live with the Unknowable Everyday

How Becoming One with the Unknown, Allows us to Live Joyfully.

Many of our life experiences stem from resisting or protecting ourselves against what we cannot know.

Sometimes, we cannot even accept Spirit or God or the Universe into our lives, because of trauma, feelings of betrayal or poorly handled questions around existence.

We become angry, frustrated, bitter, addicted, judgemental, overwhelmed, exhausted, confused, hidden behind our personality facades, spending our days stuck in the past or imagined future, either to escape or hold the illusion of control.

These are an uphill battles that we lose.

There are reasons for this that don’t come quite come through on our speedy social media feeds.

In this video I share how merging with the Unknown came about in my awareness and choices in everyday mundane moments. It’s actually quite fun and the more we choose different ways of living our days, how we perceive our life and show up to it, by nature always changes.

This is a longer video (the length of a short episode on TV) because there are brilliant layers of ourselves that we are all yearning to experience, in a way that actually improves our lives. My hope is that we deem ourselves worthy of self-discovery and love and all the riches that come with it.
