In Between Thinking and Feeling: How We Articulate the Magnificent

A Post-Solstice Integration of Joy, as a Frequency

I wrote this short piece on Joy and Summer Solstice yesterday, but as I typed out the words, I realized I couldn’t quite grasp the magnitude of what I wrote.

It got me thinking about how we try to put thoughts and words as we try to understand the immenseness of some of our experiences - both for ourselves and to share with others.

In this video I share some of this process that lies between feeling and articulating what is magnificent to us, and all that little hidden things that come with that - like the desire to be understood.
This is actually quite common on our paths of awakening as we think about and try to encapsulate the magnitude of some of our experiences in our everyday small mind.

These thoughts and words can either limit our memory of the experience or expand it. Either way our self-perception and world-view start to shift…
