A Transition Week from Scorpio to Sagittarius Season Energies

This week, Scorpio season ends and Sagittarius season begins! It is a week of transitioning energies during a season of transition (Autumn) at wild and chaotic time in our world.

Just because one zodiac season is ending, it doesn’t mean that the themes we explored in Scorpio season around power and rebirth have come to an end. In a week of transitioning energies such as this one, I like to spend some time reflecting (and journalling) on what my weeks have been like related to the theme being explored. And certainly, themes may continue to be themes for you well in February; they may also come up later; or not come up for you at all but you notice them in someone else or in an evolving situation. This is the beauty being part of the world—we are always connected to it and each other by invisible threads weaving and dancing through.

Last night, when I reflected on the power and rebirth themes of the last few weeks, I noticed that there is more space within me to have conversations around vulnerability and express power dynamics as I experience them in personal relationships. I also realized that I was fighting many unnecessary battles at work that I didn’t need to; and now that I’ve stopped, life, creativity and meetings have simply continued on.

What Have Your Reflections Shown You?

Is there a thought, a belief, a story that you’ve released so that you can create a new unique one?

Do you still in fact need to fight every single one of the battle that you currently involved in?

Is apathy, denial and exhaustion a bit part of who you are and how you see the world?

Do you know who you are in joy, liberation and lightness?

I find it so healing to spend some time sitting with my morning coffee or night-time cocoa for a few minutes and writing out my reflections. It helps me see and understand where I am at in a moment, and it heals the false notion that ‘nothing is happening’.
