Sometimes we think of balance as a goal that we single-mindedly attempt to achieve. We get upset when we are thrown off balance-shutting down, getting agitated, blaming or being overwhelmed. But this doesn’t have to be the case.
When we start thinking of balance as a dance, it becomes dynamic. We give ourselves permission to flow from one state to the next.
