I’ve been peeling back a different layer of what ‘the divine within’ means to me.
I thought I knew this.
Have you ever felt like you know more or better than others do? Or have moments where you are so sure the world would be better if only it did followed your solutions? That you know better than the people who orbit your life?
I sure do!
But in truth, these moments never felt Divine to me. Quite the opposite and while they didn’t last, I now realize what they were teaching me.
In this video I share how some of my thoughts and beliefs that felt ‘far from Divine’ helped me learn about living in Love as a frequency (rather than a feeling or expectation). I also share thing thing I call ‘the economy of Love’, which moves us from an expectation and transaction-based exchange with the people we love to an existential one.
There are a lot of concepts in this video that I’m hoping to pull on, explore and give practical examples over the next several weeks. If any one concept does interest you, please comment and I’ll be sure to include more depth and breath on it.
Hope you come along for the journey!
This is the chant I mention in the video above. If you do decide to chant it for a time yourself or listen to it (available on Spotify and Youtube), I invite you to first focus on the idea of Wisdom from Introspection, and then start your chanting or listening.
While you are chanting or listening, allow your mind to fall into your heart, and let your mental focus be on listening to your Self.
May what you hear from within, illuminate you grandly.
Loved it Aaru. Incidentally, I also chant Om Namo Gurudev Namo.
It’s tough n takes a lot of patience for d awakening to happen inside of you. We are humans, after all n , as so, we react to what comes naturally to us first, if it’s about talking or commenting on someone, whether they want to hear it, is immaterial. “She/he needs to be told, and I will tell her/him”… is d way it goes usually. I read a line recently…” take your head n place it in your heart, then listen to your heart” ! Don’t you love this line?
👍👍🌹🌹💗💗Illuminating 🕯🕯🕯
I was introduced to the concept of Introspection, during beginning of my career (early/mid 70s) and it has certainly helped me & guided me to perform more efficiently.
As a budding, potential Manager (at 29), I was professionally caught up in a peculiar situation, where my immediate boss (the GM) was most often in conflict with his boss (the VP) and I was caught in the crossfire, as the VP often used to issue direct instructions to me. That’s the time, I was fortunately deputed & attended a Management Development programme, where the very reverred Instructor introduced us to the concept, which guided & helped me out of rather tricky situations.
I realise after listening to u now, that it was actually the Guru within, who was guiding me & helping me almost like holding my hand.
I will start chanting the chant that u have recommended; never too late (even if I start at 74) 🤗
