In this video we explore intuition as a language and an input.
I hear a lot of people talking about their intuition as an ability that they do not know exactly how to use, how to interpret, how to work with. When I was learning, I mistook the feeling of fear, for intuition.
Our intellect, our past experiences and our sensory inputs that are verifiable to a large degree; but our intuition isn’t for the most part. As such, we tend to be unsure about it, deny it, side-step it or use it to say ‘no’ to life.
When we learn to understanding the nature, the language and mechanism of our intuition for ourselves, it is quite awesome! It allows us a lot more choice, flexibility, even spaciousness to be empowered in our everyday. By this I mean that we get to respond to our life occurrences, people and situations in new way, by learning to work with our intuition, alongside our other faculties.
To start us on this path, we have to first learn to recognize what the constant nature of our intuition feels like. It is after we know the sound, feeling and frequency of our intuition that we can call it into action in our everyday and start anchoring it… but more on that later on!
Thanks Aarti & this certainly adds to the dimension/s I was accustomed to so far.
Intuition to me was related sometimes more attributed to my positive thinking & attitude, that something good is likely to happen/emerge.
Contrary to the above, Intuition to me was also apprehensions & fear (as u pointed out too) due to insecurities & financial constraints that I had faced during my adolescence & youth.
So for most part of my work life (1970-2017), I was oscillating between the above 2 apparent contradictions, till I retired.
I consider myself fortunate, that I am blessed with a very loving close-knit, caring family, so the contradictions have more or less disappeared & here I am leading a retired life with ‘attitude of gratitude’ & positive intuitive outlook
