This week we explore inputs and out—what we bring in and what we put out in our day, our lives and in the world.
How does this tie into our available vital energy?
As we draw our awareness into what’s coming and and what we are releasing or creating, we get to refine or evolve the container of our energy. This could be physical, and it is also emotional, mental and spiritual.
Thematically, I find this important to explore in the early parts of the year, because we are often inundated with inputs (information, news, emotions and expectations). Our outputs are something we judge.
When we understand how to release or transmute the energies coming in, we get our energy back and can flow in much more ease and grace.
