Hi friends!
Over the last month, I’ve been rethinking every aspect of my work on Substack. It went from exciting, to overwhelming, traversing doubt, desire and uncertainty. I thought of myself and my effort; I thought of you, your inboxes and what may matter in your life.
I went back and forth in these loops for a while. It’s like that sometimes when we are trying to do something new. Turmoil and insecurity can be a part of the creative process.
But so is simplicity and surrender.
And so, that is the theme we are exploring this month in Aries Season, the start of Spring!
The Creative Process, Sustainably Yours
We all wish we were Masters at Creation.
Some of the best-selling books and courses today are about ‘How to Manifest and Create What You Want in Life’. They have a lot of wisdom within them, and they have been great for me in one-off situations. They haven’t always worked for me in a sustainable way (this is the path that I’m personally interested in).
So that’s what we are going to explore together over these coming weeks of Aries season.

My simple test to see if a ‘manifestation/ creation’ practice is actually working for me (or is it just self-fulfilling)
To sustainably cultivate your inner creative process that is 100% authentic and works for you, in any area of your life—relationships, wealth, projects, inner work, Divine connection, lifestyle change etc. (and one you can trust, because you created it)
Insights that support appreciation, surrender and navigating what we cannot control and plan for (i.e. the Mysteries)
To witness my personal process with this (the good, bad and gnarly), so that you can decide what does and does not work for you
Space and opportunity to connect, communicate and share
Our authentic creative process can be vulnerable and even scary for us. In these videos, I’ll share my recent experiences around ‘putting my work out there’, so that you remember that you aren’t alone.
My creative process braids in three elements essential to my nature: Play, Sovereignty and Trust.
What are yours?
Aries Season Astro Themes
Astrology is a technology or tool of compassion and understanding (for self, other and world). This is how I work with it. As such, this section may help you remember who and where you are, in reference to cosmic rhythms.
Along with the warmer days and the arrival of Spring, several planets and asteroids are shifting back and forth into the initiatory fire-sign of Aries these weeks, opening up grand energies that are helping us build a whole new world for ourselves.
Can you even imagine that? Waking up right now in a world build on peace, love, fullness, purpose, connection, vitality for all people everywhere, and knowing exactly how you fit in?
I can’t. And that is part of the challenge.
The upcoming Solar Eclipse (in Aries) reminds us that nothing new can exist on paradigms and belief systems that created our pained (personal and collective) past. Nothing sustainable anyway.
Anything new we are ready to birth requires a foundational shift of our sense of self and identity. The Divine Gift of Aries is individuation that serves and remembers the whole and oneness. The ignition of a new cycle, knowing fully well that it adventure will end in dissolution, and doing it anyway. The courage and specificity of Aries, to ignite the wheel of the zodiac, burn away what holds us back, and living the ancient wisdom of cycles.
Embodying this gift in this season can help us though the ranges of our emotionality—our doubts, frustrations, disappointments, expectations, angers, and the range of vitality and mood, which can swing from high to low.
Here we may see themes of false versus True power and sovereignty versus the victim-perpetrator paradigm rise. They rise to be reconciled, this is possible when we hold the wisdom that cultivating True Power is an act of Love that every Human is capable of (should they choose it). The process requires each of us to be responsible for what our energies create in the world, and learn to enjoy the peace and simplicity of creative presence.
Logistical Note
Aligning with our theme of simplicity and surrender in our creative processes, I am playing with the newsletter features on Substack over the next several weeks.
My intention is that you receive value and practice insight from my publication.
I’m also balancing out the written word with videos, because, why not?!?
