If you missed the intro post into Eclipse season, check out my previous post here.
This Lunar Eclipse occurs in the sign of Libra. It is the sign that polarizes Aries (where the Sun currently is).
In its higher octave, Libra is interested in loving, harmonious and bountiful relationships. The ‘we’ replaces the ‘I’, but not in a compromising fashion. The Libra within all of us seeks to balance, without dominion. It is the energy that can happily accept diversity and otherness, because it remembers that we are expressions of Oneness. As such, it can celebrate differences because they are ways of connecting, collaborating and discovery.
The Lunar Eclipse in Libra, asks us: Who are we in relationship with others?
Are we love, allowance and harmony or are we fear, judgement, control?
Who we are in relationship, reflects who we are. In this view, our relationships mirror something about our own personhood back to us. In the video below I use the analogy of a hall of mirrors, where sometimes we may judge or repel what is reflected back, even though it holds a truth.
To help receive the truth about our relationships, today’s video starts with a short guided emotional observation technique where I pose four questions and you feel into your body.
I then explain why this is a supportive time for our hearts to look at the truth of our relationships with love rather than blame or old pains; and an exercise that I have used many times to help me understand and evolve my intimate relationships.
There is a real opportunity right now to choose what our relationships with our families, partners, coworkers and communities will look like.
So, let’s dive in!
