The Divine Within Series: The Art & Joy of Discipline & Sequence
This post is a continuation of the series: The Divine Within - What It Can Mean & What To Do Next.
In this series, we started uncoupling from some of our programs and reclaiming the Master Within. We even explored a new concepts of Love as a Frequency. As this series comes to a close, my aim and hope are that as we explore these themes together, we all are intuitively guided to make them authentically ours, joyfully.

There is a real joy and art in sequencing something in way that allows a natural sense of progression.
This video explores how we can build the ladder or scaffolding of our being, that allows our inner divine wisdom to flow through us and meet us in the moments of everyday life, as we need it.
In my journey I really resisted all notions of discipline. I was a bit of a rebel against the idea of discipline. When I found and flipped the core belief I held, I got to understand discipline for the beauty that it is.
Once I redefined it in a way that resonated with love, it allowed me to uncover the joy of sequencing.
When we acknowledge where we are in the present moment, and we have a sense of where we are going, we can more easily map things out for ourselves in a natural sequence. This way allows us the integrated learning, the confidence and the capacity to live with more of our whole self. Additionally, it gives us the necessary temporary safety net we often need when we are breaking apart our old self and birthing the new Self.
It is less random and perhaps less gratifying in the short-term than seeing a beautiful meme or instruction on social media, following it for 3 days and then giving up because it isn’t working.
A sequence of learning, allows our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies to come into coherence and alignment with one another, so that our ‘spirituality’ is right here, in our present moment.
Note: This idea of scaffolding is so perfect, because it is temporary. We don’t always need it in the same way and the same place. It is a beautiful example of structure and discipline that evolve and grows as we do.
